September 18, 2018 Condo - Dosecrease Threat!

Hello everyone!
As you know, I issued a dosecrease threat to my buddy Lou yesterday. As a result, Lou decided to take a trip to the lagoon, and even went playing with sharks today! God I love this kid, haha. Never a dull moment here. :p We planned on going to the apartment today to get the rest of our stuff out. Go figure that literally minutes before we leave I get a text from the rental guy. He wants to show the place twice today, 3 hours apart. :mad::mad::banghead::mad::mad: Literally hear nothing from him the last week, and the moment we plan to get things done, he has to schedule something. At this rate we'll never get the place cleared and cleaned. That place continues to be the thorn in my side. This brings the overall total showings to 9. UGH!!

Any particular reason you can't just go to the apartment in spite of the showing? Gotta get your stuff your sometime. Tell the rental guy to reschedule.

Not really, other than I just don't want to be there when they show, haha. I tried to tell him it wouldn't work, but he doesn't really listen to me. Last week I flat out said Wednesday wouldn't work because we're moving. His response was "oh that's okay, we'll be in and out really quick." And then he scheduled 2 that day. They don't care about me, they just want to rent the place.
