9/18 Nelli PMPS 199 +2 179 +3 153 +4 142 +5 149

Not well... bottom line “I” have determined is Nelli needs dental cleaning/attention; has an appointment with her AVDC vet on 10/08.
I guess...? she has a bad tooth? This will be a first. Age 20ish- has ALL teeth :cat:.
Had comprehensive blood work done yesterday in anticipation of needing current for anesthesia dental. As soon as I receive results I’ll post in SS :).
Thanks for your interest in Nelli, I appreciate it :).

It is chilly. Cooler than normal. We had wet snow/sleet/rain all weekend and now it is sunny. It is definitely colder than normal. No worries about hurricanes at least where I am at. How about you?

Vines for good blood work so those teeth can be taken care of.

Here, FL :-|?
OMG, we are (still) so hot and so humid! It is this time of year that I keep an eye on the northern US in hopes to see the first cool front enter into Florida. Doesn’t look like that is going to happen anytime in the near future.

I have been told... more than once before. I have forgotten and don’t know how to/ where to “ look back”-
Nelli was a PMPS 199. Then +2 a 179. When (how often) tonight is it *important* for me to test?
Thanks... one last time ;)

Since the +2 is lower, this could be an active cycle. I would get a +3 and see if she is much lower. You might want to give her a little bit of LC food to slow her down if she moves into low blues or high greens. As far as the rest of the cycle and when to test, it is going to depend on the numbers you get. There isn't a rule for it; let your meter guide you. Is she dropping fast and hitting greens by +4? then you are going to need to see her through nadir to make sure she is safe.

199 to 179 is not a big drop. I'd say he's fine for the eve, but I have been scolded many times for not testing enough... Maybe one last test before bed?
"Scolded", me too :-|
Thanks... LARGELY so :). Your thought, my thoughts and feeling as well... whew :cat:;)
Last test now then ni ni :)!

Thanks Bobbie, I know we've been through this same song-and-dance before o_O I won't forget this time :)

That 153 is about right heading for a nadir at about +5. Looks like an active cycle. Hopefully @Bobbie And Bubba chimes in, she has better experience than I do. Whenever I am worried about Bronx going too low during an active cycle overnight, I have an extra glass of water before bed so my body forces me to get up in the middle of the night to test.
