Miss P survived her first day on chlorambucil with only 2 episodes of puking. Not sure if it was the drug or panc flare or IBD because her stool was loose, grey and stanky. We gave fluids last night and she seems to be back to her lovey dovey self. Hope everyone had a good weekend. Prayers for my best friends cat, Phoebes boyfriend Chan Chan. (Short for Chandler Bing) he's got hyperthyroid but has dropped to 6.7 pounds and won't eat. Head bumps and scritches.
 
That was a big drop for Miss P! Glad she is feeling lovey dovey! It warms the heart when they rally back.

So sorry about your friend's cat. That's a lot of weight to lose. Wonder if something else is going on? Usually with hyper T they want to eat the house until they are regulated.

Yes that's what the vet is saying. She took all bloodwork. She will get the results Monday. I had been telling her he was getting to thin. But she just didn't want to see it. I just hope he is not suffering. I love him too. Took care of him and his brother and sister for 4 years, he is my fav. Besides Phoebe of course :)
 
Sorry for the confusion, could have sworn DH said she was 176 this amps. It seems she was 96. Sorry. My bad. That would be a big drop. But she did that last night. But she had a huge poop and fluids so that probably attributed to the low +2 pmps.

My Abby has hyper t and I was on a hyper t cat forum, they told me to give 1/4 of a 10mg Zyrtec to Abby to increase appetite, they said it’s a appetite stimulate for cats and it works!!!!i give it to her every am, Abby got down to 6 but had gained .5lbs when I took her last sunday
