Ingredients in this treat?

Mitsy won a contest on Instagram and one of the things she got was this treat. It only has 3 ingredients: chicken, catnip, and glycerin. Is that diabetic friendly or should I give it to my other cat only?

Glycerine is officially categorized as a carbohydrate by the FDA so I'd let the civvies enjoy the treats and stick to just the herb when it comes to Misty
