Dosing Advice ASAP Should I give him his full dose?

Hi, I'm not sure what to do. DBD has been in the 300s most of today. Not great, but that's a new low for him. His normal dose is 2 units, but AMPT he was at 507 so I upped it to a guesstimated 2.25 units. I tested him at +5 (360), +8 (326), +10 (327) and now at PMPT he's at 398, so he's going up.

Should I give him his full dose (2.25 units)? Go back to 2 units? Give him less than that??

Definitely give the full 2.25 u. I'd recommend careful dose increases of 0.25 u after 3 or 4 cycles until you see a lot more yellow and blue on your spreadsheet. If you haven't done so, I suggest you read the info stickies on ProZinc:

Thank you so much for helping! I gave him the full amount like you said. I've read the stickies 2-3 times, but I've had panic-brain ever since he was diagnosed and end up worrying about everything I'm doing for him and to him. Tomorrow, I'm getting some u100 needles so I won't have to guesstimate 0.25 on the u40s. I hope I see yellows and blues soon. So far he's had only one yellow.:(

Anyway, thanks again and sorry I'm so late answering. I was in the middle of posting when my sister called to ask how DBD was doing and I realized later that I never actually posted.
