Yesterday - No lagoon-again :(

Mama is recovering from the root canal yesterday...and Luci is languishing in high numbers. I'm hoping it's just the cornbread influence and that she'll come down today...i'd really rather not increase her dose unless we all agree that it's just absolutely unavoidable...that's the sugar dance...:(

Well she hasn't been visiting the lagoon, but I suppose it could be worse. Hopefully all of these kids (looking at you also Furball!) get their acts together and show us some better numbers today!

Hey there Amanda! I see that Lou has gotten a bit lazy too...tell him that Luci said, 'Come on, let's go swimming!' :cat:Bella was there all day yesterday @Bellasmom ! Such an exciting day for him. He'll show 'em how it's done!:D:D:D

Just barely enough to avoid that increase - maybe that cornbread is still working it's way out of her system? If not, she'll show her colors tomorrow. I sure hope she stays down...those pinks are not becoming on her!:rolleyes:

It was a rough day - I just haven't been myself all day :( Laying around resting...ugh...hope tomorrow will be better! Endodontist called me this evening - says I'll be sore for a few days - take it easy - I feel like I have a baby or farm animals - no rest for me - testing, insulin, etc...just can't quit cause you feel bad, huh? Thanks for the healing vibes...hope they stick soon!!

HI Sue, so sorry that you are still under the weather, but to be expected after some root canals. Remember, ibuprofen around the clock( 2 every 4 hours) will be your best friend. You want to stay ahead of the pain and not be chasing it. ( I worked for endodontist for almost 13 years and prior to that I was in the dental field since 1973. ( in my former life......) :smuggrin:

Tonight's ugly pink could be the high before the break. I am hoping to see her break by tomorrow's AM cycle.

Hope you are comfortable tonight after the RC.

It was #15 - so you know where that one is...difficult to reach - seemed to take much longer than previous RC's I've had...maybe just because it's hard to get at? The Endo was very nice...had to give me a double dose of novacaine though - he numbed me up pretty good but when he removed the temporary I winced - he wasn't going to proceed since I was still 'feeling it'...so more numbing...he said the nerve was really inflammed if it was that difficult to numb up - I'm supersensitive anyway - not the first time I've had to get a double dose. 'm feeilng better this morning...will get some food and Motrin on board and take it easy today...tried to get about my normal day yesterday and felt light headed and just kinda 'flu-ish'...figured that 'normal' wasn't happening yet...so I took the day off (well from everything except my girl - like i said yesterday - it's like living on a farm with animals - they never take a day off!)...hoping for a better day today - but i'm not planning anything big. Thank you for your kind words! :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

If she doesn't turn around today, we'll up the dose tonight to 1.5 - and hope she doesn't keep us up all night. I agree...she's not exactly progressing on this dose. Thank you!

I've changed my mind...still feeling ok this morning - so I'm increasing this morning - let's see if she responds...not like I'm going anywhere anyway...a good day to see if the .25 increase will help her find her way back to the lagoon. :)
