Hi Furbaby Momma's and PaPa's experienced on this site? I just received in the mail, the above Fancy Feast nutritional charts of every variety of canned FF (9 pages of it) from Nestles/Purina. (Thanx N&P!) If there is a place on this site for everyone to find and use them, that would be great of you to help out! 
I'm not that savvy enough on this site to know where or how to do that!

"If your 'guaranteed analysis' is a guarantee of minimum and maximum values, then that may or may not be an accurate representation of what is in the food at any given time: And for that you'd need to contact the manufacturer and see if they can give you either the 'current as fed' values or even the 'typical analysis'. Manufacturers vary in their willingness to be helpful in this regard....
In the absence of 'current as fed values' or 'typical analysis', the 'guaranteed analysis' (of minimum/maxium values) can still be helpful in giving you a ballpark figure; but it is also always important to look at the ingredients list for any source of carbs or sugars..."
One can still use "guaranteed analysis" values. It just takes a little more work. See the linked document for more information on exactly how to do the calculations.
That said, Dr. Lisa Pierson's Food Chart is more recent and she's already done the work for you: Dr. Pierson - new Food Chart.
Those are "guaranteed analysis" (of minimum/maxium values)" rather than "as fed" values. Looks like they're dated 2016. A little bit about "guaranteed analysis" from FDMB member Elizabeth and Bertie in "How to Calculate the Nutrient Content of Commercial Cat Foods":
