All is well in kittyland
Everyone love their bone broth last nite and have enough that Im gonna mix with their food at meal times and froze some! Thanks DH !we still have some on stove with just the bones thst has been cooking for about 17hrs, they are almost dissolved, he found recipe on internet and it uses up the whole chicken, no waste of anything! I was pretty impressed, kudos to him

Nice to hear they liked the bone broth - I tried making some of that for me - thought it was kinda nasty - maybe I should have fed it to Luci???:p Bella has nice numbers today - Luci is being the drama queen as usual with her big dives - swimming with the sharks right now :mad::mad:

I did the Bone broth last winter Cooked the chicken forever, till bones were like mush. Strained it. Let it cool & all 3 of my cats sniffed it & walked away!!:banghead:

All that work & none of them even took a lick:(:(:(

Just never know what a Cat will do!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
 
Funny how some like bone broth and some don't. So nice your DH to make it. I froze it in cubes and take one out when needed. It was especially helpful when Smokey was battling p'titis.
 
I cook chicken for Boomer's treats and I gave him the broth from it once and he lapped it right up! I was shocked; I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen him drink water, even right before he was dx FD. I thought YAY I found a way to get him to drink.
And he hasn't touched it much since :rolleyes:

They looked at me tonight like what’s that?? I mixed with they dinner instead of water lol they won’t touch the chicken so I gave that to neighbors dog

I see Bella's right there with Luci - what is it with these cats? She just had to go diving with the sharks today...and now look at that bounce!:arghh::arghh:

Yes, I'm saying the same to Luci...what a crazy day! Hope Bella listens better than Luci...she's stubborn and arrogant...The Queen does whatever she wants...and now she's getting less insulin to do it with...hope it works!
