Diabetes and constipation

Hello All!
Looking for any advice and input from those who have had to tackle diabetes and bad constipation. Polly aka Woggy has come up with bad constipation to the point of needing an enema. We were doing Miralax as needed but obviously not cutting it. Her BG's have been low all day 80-100 with no insulin so monitoring very closely. Want to make sure we get the right balance for her. Any advice isreally appreciated! So grateful for this group

Lactulose (script needed) does a better job for Bronx than Miralax. Other things you can try is adding more water to her food, fish oil, probiotics, kefir, PetAlive Natural Moves, Smooth BM Gold, ground flax & pumpkin.

We do some of the that but some of the supplements I have not heard of. Really appreciate the advice!
