Titan 5/3

Good Monday morning to all. Titan had a good weekend, his PS numbers are a bit elevated on the 9.5u dose but he does drop down and get close to the lagoon so I'm happy seeing where this reducie will take him. He's feeling good except it's getting to be a crap shoot (pun intended) wether or not he hits the LB. He usually gets close and the puppy pads catch his "accidents". It's all good tho, his quality of life is still excellent and that makes for happy beans. Hope everyone had a good week and all the vet appts turn out good, we have two scheduled for Tuesday. Peace Ed.

Good Titan report, I hope he improves his aim a bit but glad he’s feeling good. ;) Advanced vetty vines for Titan. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

Have you considered cabergoline for him? I don’t know too much about it, just seeing some really great results on some cats here.

We have, it's still in consideration. Def not going the SRT or laser knife route. Information on gabergoline seems spotty especially in trials etc. I know a few cats it's been successful with and most on here are the experiments. I'd rather not launch into an unknown but maybe that's my fear and what is not best for Titan. IDK o_O

I sympathize. It’s a really tough call. I think when you’re faced with a disease with so few options and you know what will happen if you don’t treat, it’s easier to take those leaps and risks for something promising in hopes to get more quality time. But yes, it’s a scary decision to make your cat one of the guinea pigs. I hope that with time there will be more and better options so treatment will be an easier decision to make. :bighug:
