I think I said it incorrectly, Juliet. I meant that it was good to have a vet back it up. We rarely get the opportunity to see a situation like this from their point of view. :)
Oh I didn't realize Janine was a vet. I feel sorry for her. I think vets get a rough end of it sometimes. I know I've been taking my frustrations out by venting against the vet. Not to him of course. Just posted an update. I think it's positive.

It's OK - I can take it! I completely understand your frustration and emotions run high when your kitty is sick.

I saw the update. Sounds like things ar emoving in the right direction. Now if he would just eat!

Mr Quick Change Artist :p

I think a musical intervention is in order, for encouragement...

Floyd, you need to learn to SURF!

I played the music for him, hopefully, he was listening. LOL

So this would be a good chance to use R when he starts to come up. I just have to look at the logistics because Wednesdays are busy with piano lessons, karate and I have a meeting later. Depending on the timing, I might be able to swing it, and Floyd might be coming to piano lessons!

Up from 102 to 129. Shotting 0.25 u R - paws crossed ii keeps him out of the blacks!

Following with interest as that is about where I would want to use R. I’m curious to see what happens in the +11 and PMPS as that is approximately where it is supposed to have worn off, yes?

So happy that he’s feeling well, eating and back in blue!

Well..... he's back up over 500, so maybe I shot too soon. :(

Aack! :arghh:

He's been on this dose 7 cycles now. But since he had that 18 hour cycle in there, it's probably too early to call it a failed reduction just yet.

Commander Floyd, jettison the rocket pack.

I guess you will find out with experimenting, but I wonder how much of a difference, if any, it makes if you shoot the rise but leave some lack of duration on the end, or let the rise happen longer and time it so the L shot is on the way when the R wears off?

I sometimes feel like they are determined to get to a destination be it the moon or swimming with sharks and intervening with food or R or whatever we do only presses pause, briefly, and then they pick up exactly where they would have been without the intervention.
