Luci is starting low today - as compared to the last couple of days. Hoping this new dose is helping her get those numbers down. Does this mean she's cleared the bounce already? Hope so!

We'll get a 1+ to see what she's up to this morning - perhaps heading for the lagoon (if in her usual fashion she'll be racing to get there and then deep diving!)...I'm ready with the usual HC foods!

I think it's a reference to a note on the spreadsheet, but we can't see it the way it's shared.

What does 'See Note' mean on your SS between yesterday and today's lines?

I was trying to put a note somewhere - how do I get a 2nd spreadsheet or a place to write a note (other than food notes, etc.) My note says:
In the lagoon:
9 times in January
3 times in February
11 times in March
12 times in April so it's more of a comment than an entry into a SS.

Luci is going down nice and slow this morning. It's been really hectic for me this morning - difficulty posting - so trying to stay on top of her descent. Just fed her a little bit of MC at 3+ to slow her down a tad...don't want her rushing off to the deep end - I suspect she's headed for the lagoon right now...easy Luci, easy! Mama is having a wild/crazy morning...need you to take it easy on me today!

If the descent is still slow at +4, I wouldn't do MC again and encourage Luci to surf with only LC.

As for the note... maybe if you want to track each month, you could insert a row with no cells. For example between January and February, you could insert a row and merge all the cells and type 9 times in the lagoon - January and highlight in a pretty color so it stands out for you? If you need more instructions, I can help.

Thank you for the tip! I did just that and it should appear as a single row with my comment after each month. It looks to me as if Luci is generally improving - at least I like to think of each trip to the lagoon as a healing time - and the more, the better. If I could just keep her away from the sharks now

She's coasting nicely today - however will soon reach her nadir and might not make it to the lagoon ... I just never know what she's going to do! So the MC at 3+ might have been too much too soon and steered her away just when she was approaching. My problem is without knowing if she's getting ready to do a cannonball into the lagoon and go way down - I just don't have a handle on her behaviors yet. I know when she does go to the lagoon, she likes the drama of the deep dive - and by then I can't do anything but try to pull her back up...hoping the next test will reflect a little toe dip...and would be so nice if she'd surf just a bit...come on Luci..you can do it!

I had 4 times in February and 16 times in March.

Luci started great for May with all blues... low blues!!
