Good morning!
AMPS 113 shooting 1.75u

Boomer ate all of his +3 and extra food. I got up at +5 to check his BG since he was in the low 60s at +3 bedtime, he was 65. Gave him a small plate of food and went btb. He left some of that food and he didn't eat his +6. But he did eat a lot of his +9. Hard to diet him when I have to give him extra food so that he lets me sleep and to keep him safe

Allen ate well overnight.

It's rainy here today; started last night and is supposed to last until Friday and then beautiful weather is expected again! I managed to get out for walks for the last 4 days (on 2 of those days I had two walks). Today my image is that of a female Red-Winged Blackbird. The females are very different than the males!

On the agenda today....I still have some editing to do from my portrait sessions a couple of weeks ago. I managed to finish my income tax yesterday YAY but still have to do daughter's and son-in-law's.

Great start for Boomer! Our spring birds are returning also, bluebirds and eastern phoebes arrived this week. But the best is who left. The dark eyed Juncos who winter with us have pretty much departed for their northern nesting grounds. This truly marks spring. Pretty amazing that northern Wisconsin is a southern wintering spot :woot:.

Yes our juncos are still here in Southern Ontario but then we've had crappy winter-like weather up until this past weekend. I don't think they'll be here much longer.

Maybe try to get Boomer to play a little more instead about trying to reduce his food intake? Glad you've been able to get out and enjoy the weather a bit. April showers bring May flowers!
