I've been so busy I haven posted updates lately.
So, here we are again under 50. I didn't think his numbers have been stellar since the last reduction. More blue ps than I would like.
Last night I was tired and lazy and skipped pm snack which is usually around +5-6. Think that had something to do with this amps being low? How do I proceed now, reduce to a drop?
I calling into work and told them I'd be late. I'm hope Diamond follows old patterns and a snack is all he needs to bump him up. That said, I will hopefully be at work today and won't be able to respond until I get home.
 
A drop is not 0.1u - there is a difference. I would go ahead and reduce to 0.1u. Then hopefully you can stay with 0.1u for a while and wait for the PS numbers to drop into greens.

Holy crap, I had a hard time drawing .25! I swear some of the ReliOn syringes don’t even have a straight line to draw .1 from. But, I’m gonna do my best. Thanks!
 
Good luck with the reduction to 0.1. Practice with some water . Also, when giving the 0.1 dose, start with a syringe that the zero line is where it should be. You can find that by taking the plunger and when pushing it all the way up the zero line should be at the top of the plunger. Many of them are not and are all ready at about .25 of a unit. I use the Relion syringes too so I know how hard exact dosing can be. ( I started using calipers because of that)
 
Diamond is looking pretty good. :D

Another trick for those 0.1 units is to get a good syringe as Bobbi suggests, then fill it with coloured liquid. Keep it as a reference syringe for subsequent doses. Consistency is more important than accuracy that this point.
