Doing a curve at home

I caved, we got the AMPS and the 9:30 am BG, but Idjit got very fussy at 12:30, and more so when we attempted the 3:30. We called it off. These ear draws seem to be getting more difficult, or we are just back to our Laurel and Hardy routine. So, poor fuzzy britches will get his curve done at the vet tomorrow. Wish there was an easier way to get blood.

I know where you are coming from. Sometimes Candi gets to be a little wiggle worm and doesn't be still. Luckily after I prick her my husband helps by having the glucose meter ready as soon as I get the blood.
