Relion Confirm meter problems

Does anyone else have problems with their meter? We've only been testing for 2 weeks. Meter keeps shutting off on me before giving results. Battery has been changed twice. I bought a back up meter so maybe I'll just start using that. I know they're not returnable. Maybe I can send the bad one back to the mfg?

They will time out. Try inserting the strip only part way, put it aside, get your ear poke done and when you have a blood drop, insert the strip all the way and do your test.
