What to update really.
Ty remains in the hospital & is well looked after by everyone TBH. His BG levels are being tested. He is on pain meds for the pancreatitis. We arrive and visit. We ask questions . We go away and then phone up and ask questions. It is all
I am not sure if he has been put back on the renal diet or not. Bit unclear on that. Best thing though is that he wants to eat and drink. He may have returned to wanting to eat a scabby donkey . At this point we really don't care if that is the case.
Ty was incredibly sleepy again. He was yesterday. He was brighter on the drip BUT that may have been the lure of ..................food & of course he had the fluids with the pain meds. Now his body is doing its thing best it can.
He is currently off the drip & off insulin. His BG this morning was 16 odd , around 290, which any vet feels is in the normal zone. He is interested in eating and drinking. He is also pooping and weeing although the poops this morning apparently had an edge of the squits about it.
Tomorrow is a bile-acid test.
As I know, you all know , that I know, that you all know how it is and that you know. I will share a photo that may make you sad but makes me smile in a way.
