? 1/23 TiTi in yellows and blues for almost 7 cycles. Time for a dosecrease?

I'm keeping pretty good track of her BG, and it seems, on average, to be about 100 points above the highest green. Her kitty litter box is chock full of urine, and she's drinking like a skid row bum. Indications are that she's not on enough insulin.
However, experts here have a deal more knowledge than I, so I'd like to hear from y'all.
