Bo's level was 138...he is eating dinner now. Should I re test him after he eats or should I not give him insulin at all tonight?

That's too low to shoot in my opinion. I see that in the AM of 05 Jan. there's no insulin dose shown on your spreadsheet. If you didn't inject put in "NS" on the spreadsheet so we all know what happened. 
Is it possible for you to get a before bed test on days when mid day testing can't be done? That would be useful data to have.

Usually tested at 6am & 6pm. If I did before bed test around 8pm.. where would I list it? Yes, i will list NS.... that was my next question... thanks!

You'd put it on your SS in the +2 box to the right of the evening test/dose section.
