Did you give her a shot at 10pm? If so, the 5:45am test would have been 7.75 hours after the shot. So, there is a good chance she will have risen enough by 10am that it will be fine to give the normal dose. It is really very important that you add your test results to the spreadsheet. Nothing has been logged since 12/26. There is no data at all on how she has been responding to the 2u dosing. Without the data, it makes it very difficult for us to give you any advice on dosing. If you cannot find the test results you were writing on a calendar, please at least start entering the results from now forward.
With no data to go on, I can just share with you the normal 'rule' for people who are starting out which is not to give insulin if the number is under 250 when using an AlphaTrak, BUT really, as high as she has been (for the time in your spreadsheet at least), she probably needs some dose of insulin. It is just hard to recommend a reduced dose with no data to go on.
