Frosty morning to all :coffee:, it's so cold outside the thermometer wants to come inside :woot:. Minus 15 and darkness does not do well for my mental health lol. @Mandy & Rex y'all be careful up there I see its around -21. Titan is just cruising along and even went for a dip in the lagoon yesterday afternoon. We are going to try some slightly higher carb foods and try to put a little weight back on Titan, he's holding 12 lbs but at his size he is so gaunt thru the rib cage and back. He was a 15-16 lb kitty before this all started. After reading posts on FDMB I think his pancreas is working, the insulin being blocked by the tumor. We will stay in LC foods and maybe low MC for treats. Putting a pound back on him would make us both happy. Testing at the ready :cat:. Have a wonderful Wednesday, Ed .

I'm glad you found a good dose for Titans, he was quite a wreck when you discover he was taken over by the
disease. I remember when Small Kitty was in this kind of range, we could almost feel the internal organs
so thin he was. Had to throw liquefied food in his mouth to flush ketone and make him gain some weight.

It's cold here as well, 20 below zero... No kitty went outside last night, the cat trap is ready for action but
nobody is using it.. wondering why.. burrzzz.

Good management in LC/MC.. food, he can drive glucose pretty well on high dose, good job !

Happy holidays !

It is hovering around 40* here in Houston. Icky drizzle rain. I have to run out and do couple of errands and then I am in for the year (hoping and wishing). Forcast says low of 18 on Monday and snow on Tuesday.

Worst winter of my life was spent in Dallas in 82. 20's and 30's with drizzle and ice. That damp/cold just drives right through a person. I'll take my 10 below and sunshine. Granted my winter is months long where as Texas it's only weeks :)

Dunno what that is in our temps. I think you do centigrade and we do Fahrenheit or vice versa.
