Gosh, the hardest thing for me to understand, is when most of the variables..ie: food, water, dose, timing etc.. remain pretty accurately the same, how can we get such changes in the numbers?
 
Because insulin is a hormone and not a medication. Because many, many variables affect the BG including things you’d never guess such as the barometric pressure but also how much absorption they get, what kind of duration they get based on what they ate and what time of day they ate it.

Thanks for the reply..I'm overwhelmed by the vastness of this condition. But oh how gratifying to see the benefits resulting from the care we put in2 these wonderful animals who own our hearts
