Gordy’s labs look great!!! I would not worry about the cholesterol. I’ve seen it much higher and I see a lot of diabetic cats with high cholesterol. The albumin is likely a bit high due to a little dehydration....nothing to worry about at all.
I actually prefer to always ask for a Senior Profile for my cats especially when they are around ten or older. It is less expensive than getting the tests it includes separately and it will include a full superchem/CBC/tT4, and urine. There are a lot of things you can pick up on early by having the full array of tests.
I see you have a bunch of extra sheets on his SS that don’t look like they are being used. If you want to declutter it, just click the dropdown arrow on the tab you want to get rid of and select “delete”.
