Good Aftenoon.
Osha is continuing with her good number streak.

Last week an outdoor cat came to my window and Mycroft went crazy against the window and Osha came over to check it out. Mycroft then started attacking Osha. They have been separate since the event. I have been site swapping with them. This whole thing is driving me crazy. Osha hasn't been allowed to sleep with me since she started chewing on my hair last year after the diabetes diagnosis. Well, she has been in my room at night and she is an extreme snuggler that I love, but she started the hair chewing again around 5am to get me up for food. I can't stand that!!!
I brought Osha and Mycroft together today. At first he wanted to attack her again, but after some time together, he has smelled her and they are co-existing in the same room. I will only do this supervised for now and will separate them when I am not here and at bedtime to make sure he won't attack her.
This has been such a pain!! A couple of years ago the same cat freaked out Mycroft, but I guess Osha never came over to check it out and it wasn't an issue. I have talked to the family that lets their cat out and told them the situation that is happening (I also talked to them about it a couple years ago when it first happened), but they just don't care. They said they will continue to let their cat out.
Anyway, my mom is still slowly recovering. She is still using a walker, but hopefully in time she will be walking with a cane instead. Her physical therapist comes to the house twice a week (I wish it was more frequent) and said she thinks she will be done with therapy in about a month.
Sébastien is doing well. I'd love to see him over my winter break, but the airfare is so crazy expensive and with my car, cat and plumbing expenses, I am completely broke. We haven't seen each other in 3 months and I don't know when we will visit again. Long distance sure isn't easy.
So, that is it for now. I have one more week of school until winter break!!!
Have a great Sunday kitties and beans!

Yay for Mom getting better, but too bad it's taking so long. Wonderful to hear Sébastien is doing well! Three months is a loooong time. My husband was gone for a training class for three months many years ago and it was really hard. It is good that you have Skype or a similar platform to see each other that way. I hope you have a relaxing winter break and recharge your batteries.
