Orion was doing awesome last month and now I’m starting to see red. I could just cry. What is going on?

It's possible that some infection or inflammation is driving the spike in numbers - UTI? dental?

I haven’t seen signs of any infection. Although that doesn’t mean one doesn’t exist.

Can you get some +5-7 tests in on day and night cycles? I don’t have a clue what the nadir is.

Even a before bed test at night will help and maybe an alarm to check at nadir at night when possible.

Your dose increase was too large. You were seeing greens on 1 unit. I would not have increased. And a 0.5 unit increase is way too much. With green on 1.0, a 0.25 increase would be enough. Too much insulin can produce high numbers.
