Thank youLooks like a bounce (probably from that 48)/skipped shot combo to me. It may take her a few cycles to settle back in.
I would ask the more experienced/high dose members about what to look for re: failed reduction. I have no experience with high dose stuff. The 48 seemed so random. I hope the reduction sticks, but you also want to know when to call it if it looks like it isn't.![]()

Thank you for getting back to me. This is my first time with this so I was not sureYou’ll have to be patient after the skipped shot. I’d wait 6 cycles before calling it a failed reduction to let the depot stabilize.
That's why we're here! She'll come back down but be patient. This is my first time with this so I was not sure![]()

I agree with Karen, time for your patience pants, give the depot time to settle.
What did you feed last night and when? It's useful to make a note of how you handled the situation as it will help the next time you are faced with low numbers. I kept my notes on feeding on the ss, this helped me learn what worked for George when he hit lows as well as allowing others to offer their views on what I did and what I might do different to achieve a better outcome.
Sorry I disappeared, I fell asleep on my tablet, and when I woke it had no charge.![]()
At least you got to sleep last night with the no shot. Those pinks are expected after the light green & no shot, hold that dose for a bit now

Was she demanding to be fed? (more than usual) George used to do that, it was useful, he would come find me and demand food if he was dropping fast or if he was going low (ie 40's)That was very scary how she dropped like that she had even eaten more than usual that is why I do not understand![]()

The First time they earn a reducie is scary. I still remember Georges first dive into lime greens, I was shaking like a leaf.
As Tricia commented last night, with Acro Cats the tumour can pulse and insulin needs can change with Acro's, either up or down.
Is she quite carb sensitive? She was at 88, you gave a snack it says LC on the ss are you sure it was LC, one hour later she was up at 141, could that have been a food spike, which 'wore off' by pmps?
