I think we may be dealing with a panc flare. Appy is off and he acts like he is in pain. Finally eating his +4.5 (30 min late). I was minutes away from leaving work to go home and get him to eat when he showed up in the webcam to eat (whew). Gave him Canna this morning. He will be getting Cerenia along with some pain meds tonight. Fingers crossed this is short lived.

Thank you. I saw it coming last night. He had that pinched, pained face . He got Canna last night and again this morning. I hesitate to give him Cerenia when I am not there because it has caused him to absolutely NOT eat (right after I give it to him) or I would have given it before I left this morning. At least he ate his +4.5.

I so hate to see him in pain. Hate, hate, hate pancreatitis.

What sucks is his Spec fpl was 4.0 on his last labs 11/08 and he had been doing so well. He does seem better tonight. Ate his PS meal good. Will give another 1/2 Canna, Cerenia and pain meds at +2-+2.5.

Gave Cerenia at +2 when I tested which he proceeded to throw up along with the LARGEST hairball I have ever seen

He then ravishingly ate his +2.5 And I gave him 1/2 Canna. Maybe not panc but the hairball that was causing the issue.

Time will tell.
