Hmmm. Very interesting. My poor guy just can't catch a break. I was really, really hoping the wonky numbers were NOT AVJ but it is looking like it may be. He has poo'ed 3x in LB since I discontinued - AM/PM yesterday and AM this morning. Will just (dis)continue and see what happens.

Only 1/2 day of training today and we are done. I am off tomorrow. I am dropping my car off for work this evening so they can have it all day tomorrow. I will use the F250 (uuhhgg) to take someone to his appointment (shh) tomorrow @ 10:40a. I have a whole list to discuss with her and going to go ahead and get a full BW panel and urinalysis. This is also for the follow up on the low numbers that may (or may not) have been leading to anemia.

Hope everyone has a great Tuesday. :bighug:

This made me laugh, not because of Someone's appointment (poor sweet Someone!), but because I've had to run errands in a big (and loud!) pickup, too. Kind of awkward. :joyful:
Me too !!!
It is SO BIG! I literally have to get a running start to jump into the drivers seat. My daily driver is a Honda Accord and before that (for 20 years) was a small Toyota pickup truck so, yes, driving the F250 (4x4) is an adventure, especially in Houston traffic. I do alright as long as I don't have to hurry. The aspect I really like when I drive the it is I feel a whole heck of a lot safer. My attitude is - "yea, go ahead and pull out in front of me - if I hit you I WILL win" :p The think is a tank.

Absolutely !!! Ours is a F 350( used for DH work) and I feel like Road Warrior whenever I get behind the wheel !!! Big but safe :) . I am 5”2’ so I need a boost or a ladder to get in .

I feel more unsafe in cars, like the better view of being higher up & the extra metal around me. Good luck tomorrow.
Me too. I loved my little truck for exactly that reason. Poor thing. I guess I am selling it to a neighbor that wants it. I had such sentimental attachment to it that I couldn't get rid of it when I bought my car, but it needs work and $$ and it just isn't worth it to me. It is a 1991 Toyota extended cab. It has 250,000 miles on it. I bought it in 93 used and drove it for over 20 years. It always passed inspection and I did very little to it other than maintenance. I had to buy the car to get my Aunt back/forth to M.D. Anderson when she was sick. I felt that I couldn't risk something going wrong with the truck in 100* August weather with my Aunt being so sick. And I really don't need 3 vehicles :banghead: .

250K on the clock, nice! I also have a hard time parting with vehicles, got a 92 truck, 96 car, 03 truck & still had my first new truck ever purchased, an 87 4Runner that the town made me get rid last year of since it was unregistered in my backyard :arghh:. Can't get a new car since I have no more room.

Yeek! Sorry Gizmo's having a rough time. What's AVJ?
Good luck at the (shhhh) uhm...place he's going tomorrow.:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

I hope Gizmo is okay... that's so strange re the AVJ. I'm wondering if it just doesn't work well with some cats...? I experimented with it on Max at first, and initially it looked great, but he now has what I fondly refer to as "alien poos"... so I stopped it for a while. I'd be curious whether the other AVJ (George's Aloe Vera Juice for constipation) cats also had issues with it...hmmm...
