AMPS 211 shooting 2.25u
A bit of a bounce today; he dropped to 41 yesterday earning 1/3 of a reduction.

Boomer left a bit in each dish again last night and he needed me to stir his food at 2:00 (then didn't eat any more). I do believe I forgot to put his favourite food in that dish last night. He did eat his 5:00 on his own.

Allen ate well overnight. His back end seems to be weak; I noticed this morning that he had a bit of trouble jumping on the bed and just now he attempted to run up the stairs and basically tripped so he plodded up the rest of the way. I think he's walking a bit on the backs of his legs. Will be talking to Dr Larry today and he needs an appt for an ionized calcium test.

Please keep me posted on this. I am dealing with a bit of this myself with Gizmo. I am not sure if it is arthritis or something else. Gizmo has vetty appt on Wednesday for BW and physical exam (shh - we aren't telling him). Gizmo seems wobbly but doesn't seem to have issues jumping but kinda looses his balance (like when he shakes his head). Needless to say - mama is a bit worried.

Boomer - head on back down buddy. You are doing sooo good!
 
Allen has an appt with Dr Larry tomorrow afternoon. We will fast him for 12 hours prior so that he can do the ionized calcium as well. I have a bad feeling about this. :( Please start the vines!

No funny stuff today Boomer, blue is a good place to hang out.

Vines for Allen. How is his weight? He's on pred right? That can weaken muscles - it did with Theo. How's his BG?

Last time I weighed him his weight was stable. We tried to test his BG this morning but couldn't draw any blood :rolleyes: and he struggles so darn much every time we try to do anything! I'm sure he'll have blood work at Dr Larry's tomorrow.
 
Piling on more vines for Allen. My first thought was neuropathy, and then "Oh yeah, Allen's a civvie", but then saw he's on Pred, so went back to the first thought again. I hope it's something easily dealt with. Please keep us posted.

Meanwhile, Boomer, what a good boy to surf safely tonight! Take it easy on Mama while she's worried about Allen, okay?
