Insulin Needles - Help with Buying

Hi Guys
Thank you for the support you've given me since I've joined. It's been nice to know that there are so many other people that have some great advice!

I wonder if anyone has experience buying syringes online. I get mine from the vet currently but it's like £17 for 10!!! So I wondered if anyone else has bought theirs online. Normally I would just go ahead and buy them, but I can't seem to find any that match the ones my little girl needs. She has:
40-U, 29 gauge, 12.7 mm long, 0.3 mL syringes currently which are marked with 1/2 unit increments. I found a conversion chart online (attached), but I'm worried about getting the wrong syringe and completely mis-dosing her. Can anyone offer some help or experience?

Thank you!! I don’t think we can get that brand in the UK though. Sorry should have said where I am!

The 5ml syringe is larger, that's all. But the markings mean the same. They're both U40 syringes with half-unit markings.

...If you can get your head around the idea of the conversion chart, you could also try 3ml U100 syringes... Here's the link to the syringes (which may even be a bit cheaper on Amazon) , and I'll find our chart for you...

Hello Jess, apologies for delay, I didn't get a notification..

Eliz beat me to it, I was going to recommend you the same site to buy online as they seem to be favoured by many here in the UK.
Also you might want to look on Amazon, I get my lancets from there in bulk and they are pretty decent for a fraction of the normal price..
We use the 0.5 syringes and been getting them from the vet as our pet insurance pays for them at the moment but our vet must be a lot cheaper than yours as we get 30 syringes for £14 from our vet!
