Help with pm dose please

Edit - I ended up testing him again a couple hours later and giving him the 0.25. I'm going to check him soon to see where he is at.

Hey Shawna! Sorry I wasn't around earlier...I have an appt on Wed afternoons. But I'll make sure to check in on you tomorrow...you shoot at 5 PM your time right?
 
Shawna, it looks like your shot times are falling at times when no one is around. I would propose (let's see what others think too though) that you shoot 0.25 if he's 130 or above. If you aren't home, skip if he's below that. If you are home, shoot a drop between 100-130, and skip if he's green. Try to grab some more mid-cycles when you can so we can mkae sure the 0.25 is enough on those mid-blues.

Hey there, don't be sorry xoxoxox I totally understand! Yes usually around 5. I've just been feeling unsure when the numbers are lower, but still above what it's suppose to be. Thanks for everything, Have a good night!!:)
