10/18-10/20 TiTi's numbers are back to the strange confluence shown during her last 7U insulin doses

For the last 3 days, it doesn't seem to matter when or how much I test her. She is consistently in mid blues to mid yellows. I really don't understand this. Certainly I understand that her depot has stabilized, but I don't understand how or when to test her, in order to see if she's lowering to green at any given time. Perhaps she's going lower in the wee hours of the morn', due to the bounce? But even the tests I've done then tell me nothing. except that she probably is bouncing.

I really am frustrated. It was exactly numbers like these that convinced me to raise her insulin. Yet that proved to be a mistake.

I feel you pain. I am baffled with Gizmo's #'s right now too. I think it has to do with pancreatitis some how but he doesn't exhibit typical flare symptoms. Appy good. Eye contact, interactive but strange cycles even with a dose increase.

Hard to say on TiTi with the minimal evening tests she may be getting to green. Any chance you can set an alarm and get a +6

I did on the 17th at +4.5, but zip. And the day before I think I missed the nadir, or bottom of her bounce . Nothing is particularly consistent. What I have noticed is that her greens slowly shift from occurring at night to occurring during the day. But what that indicates to me is that she is on a cycle that is a bit more, or a bit less than a 24 hour cycle. However, what that means is unclear.

I think you're right about the pancreatitis shoving numbers around. It seems to always be there, as a kind of under current that from time top time creates tidal waves. But even without the tidal waves, the current is minimally active and affecting their BGs, even though we can't see it in our cats' behavior.

I see nights with no tests past PMPS and little data past PM+4. Since her day time lows seem to be +6 or later, it's possible she's going lower at night and bouncing. The tests you are doing may tell you she's bouncing, but additional tests later in the wee hours may tell you why. Pick a night where her +3 is lower than her preshot, and try for a later test to see if you can spot the culprit,
