Hi Thank you I just want her to be okay. it just seems to be alot of sudden changes in 24 hours I do not want her to be hurt because of them

She'll come back down. Karen is right with so much diving she's going to give you some extreme bounces just like her dives. It takes time and eventually she will settle down a bit.

Hi I just do not want her to have any damage because of such huge changes in a short time

she's doing better now that she's not way up high all the time. It's a long process to heal a pancreas. It's so amazing that cats have the ability.
Dogs do not have the ability.

Worse damage being high all the time. The fluctuation is a normal process.
