Hi all!
I just wanted to share a food topper I recently got and have used with my boys .... I know many of our kittys will snub so many things we try but if your up to it you may want to try this.... both my boys ate like champs!

Strictly liver's should be no carbs, right? It's like you knew I might need something like this, Jayla

Although there is a carb or 2 in liver (Thank you Larry I sprinkle it like I would a little salt and Rico really goes for it--Dre likes it too but if he isn't hungry he will just try to lick the sprinkles off (little boogar!)
I have not noticed any higher numbers with using it on either of them.

Hi hun, I know @tiffmaxee used to give chicken livers to Max who was CKD and I think she would limit it to 2x a week -
I am pretty sure even if sprinkling 2 meals a day it would be less than that -- Maybe she will drop in as I am sure she knows and researched many things for her sweet Max.
Dre gets fluids daily for early ckd and Rico is as well (he has other issues due to steroids so fluids are not given as often) I have not had BW since I have been giving the sprinkles.
I am pretty sure it is fine especially if it means eating VS not eating

SO I just looked and the entire bottle is 85 grams.... no worries on the carbs with a few sprinkles

The problem with too much chicken liver is vitamin A toxicity. Feed once or twice a week. If cooking them you would give no more 1/2 twice a week.
