Fluids Shortage Warning

for those of you giving fluids (LRS) I have been informed there will soon be a shortage as Braun will be shutting down temporarily. It's best to get at least a three months supply asap. Hispiria is already rationing.

The shortage could last as long as 6 months so plan ahead.

Thank you for posting this and the shortage is already happening. I brought in a script to Walgreens last Thursday and today they called and said they might be able to get it Oct. 12. My two old cats are 20 and 21 and they need their fluids.

thrivingpets.com still has some according to their website.

Also check Costco. They seemed to be able to get LRS last time there was a shortage. They charge more than double Walgreens but might be cheaper than shipping.
