180 to 270?

Is spending much of the time in this range ok? Or is it damaging and too high?

It seems when Dweezil goes below 180 he drops a bit too low but when he goes above 270 he goes too high. For OUR peace of mind, 180 to 270 seems safe, but is it?

My understanding is that it's best to keep them below 220 (or better yet, 200) as much as possible--that above that number, there may be organ damage over the long term. How low does Dweezil go when you try to keep him lower?

(I can relate to needing peace of mind...my husband and I both commute and work fairly long hours, and I worry about how my kitty does during the day with nobody there to check him, but I'm finding ways to cope with that...)

Best numbers are 50-120. I don't see that he has dropped under 50 which would call for a reduction on a human meter. Are you really testing every hour? Not necessary. I think it would help to follow one of the protocols and perhaps alter it a little if the low 50's make you uncomfortable.

I think I read that once before as well. Now if they could figure out how to transmit the report to your phone tgat would be something! Really cool!

Lmao! No, we're all sleeping well! Dwee sleeps on our bed and even if we don't or can't scan him at any given time, it records his levels every 10 seconds so we can see what they've been. :)

LOL The whole time I was looking at that chart, I was thinking there must be multiple room mates helping! Plus they are REALLY thorough!
