Well, she just nixed my plan to run to the store quickly this morning, that's for sure! She seems determined to go for greens no matter what, which I take as a good thing.

I'm not sure if I did the right thing, but it was such a big drop, I thought - and quickly reading my collection of past advice on these things - that I thought I'd intervene and try to stall her with a little MC12. I didn't want her diving for the sharks so early in the cycle as she did just three days ago. Do you think that was okay, or should I have waited to see how low she would have gone?

I assumed that she probably wasn't ready for another reduction just yet, but was I wrong?

The good news: it's a Friday, and both new cat trees arrived, so I get to pretend I'm a handy person and assemble new cat toys... (Oh yeah - and work! I'm supposed to be working from home!)

Just had to share: she's happy, purring on my lap. Makes typing challenging, but hey - that's okay! I'll protect you from the sharks, Girlie. This is why I had to put her cat bed (her profile pic) on top of my desk if I wanted to get any work done... Burmese, I tell you! Boy, I love this little cat...she makes my heart sing.

They all love their momma beans and their poppa beans, don't they? I think all of us here on FDMB have such special relationships with our fd kitties. Everyone's love for and devotion to their cats is quite beautiful to see. And the characters of the cats just shines through, too! I love hanging out here and seeing how everyone is doing. And the medical knowledge is really impressive; every day I learn something new and file it away in my FDMB journal.
