Hi No her diet has not changed but I think the extra treats did it because her system is not use to that amount Thank you!

I never heard of Levemir causing diarrhea. It's more likely the food. I would ease off on the treats. Her numbers have not been low enough yet that you need high carbs.

There may be some food influence in there, but it's more likely her nadir from the AM cycle was around +12 and the insulin is starting to wear off now.
