Hello everyone. Thank you all for your thoughts & prayers before, during, and after Irma. Happy to report that all is ok here. Only lost a few roof tiles and electricity. Thankfully we got power restored last night! It was a little tough for Lily dealing with no a/c but she made it. Thankfully she never lost her appetite. A few of my civvies were spooked when the eye of the hurricane was going over us and the others, including Lily, couldn't give a crap. LOL. The weather has been beautiful here since the storm. Thanks again for worrying about us

I'm sure you are very relieved it is over with so little damage. So many are suffering right now. Glad you and your crew are all okay.

A few of my civvies were spooked when the eye of the hurricane was going over us and the others, including Lily, couldn't give a crap.

We felt an earthquake here several years ago, and my kitties were a lot less freaked out than I was!

Thanks everyone. Lily definitely is a trooper, always has been since I found her abandoned outside several years ago. I am loving the "greens" she is giving me too, especially since this past week or so her shots, or lack of them a few times because of my schedule. My DH was recently diagnosed with esophageal cancer, and we have been travelling from Naples to the Moffitt cancer center in Tampa for all the preliminary tests-ct scans, pet scan, etc... to stage the cancer and get a plan of action to treat. Now hurricane Irma has thrown a monkey wrench into the plan. We will get through this hopefully! Prayers are appreciated for my DH

Thanks everyone. Its going to be a long road for sure. DH is being treated at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa Fl. which is supposed to be one of the best. I hope so!!! Prayers are so much appreciated!

I didn't realize you got the eye of the storm. That's a treat you don't want again. Lily weathered it well. As did all of you, and I'm pleased you made it thru with so little damage.
