Hi She is switching to LEVEMIR So I thought I should keep the dose the same for one day?

I think the 7.5u was held too long and the 8u now as well. I do see the one blue in there and I understand that's why you held. I would've counted that as a low yellow and only held 7.5u for 6 cycles & 8u for 6 cycles. But I have less patience than most, good luck on the switch!
