It might also be down to the dose being too low. You've seen only a high blue as your low number on this dose. TR says an increase after 6 cycles is in order unless you've seen a lower nadir. You've been holding the dose much longer and she could by getting stuck in those high BGs.
 
I too think you need to increase. Please make sure you can monitor and have supplies on hand;)
 
I agree. I think the increase is needed. Once we got closer to Chuck's sweet spot on the dose we saw lower bounces. I started holding doses a bit longer then too. We saw some new dose crazy numbers too so monitoring is needed. Looks like you are doing good on testing so that shouldn't be a problem.

Thank you she has started to do that I was told to hold 7.5U until today and then increase to 8 because of the week she had
