Why are his PS #'s higher? Very strange. I was sure hoping they would be coming down not going up.

Things are looking better here. No rain over night. Will update more later.

I'm glad there was no rain overnight. I hope it's all finished now. Sending more prayers.

Numbers fluctuate for different reasons. It looks like Gizmo likes to do that to you every now and then. I wouldn't worry unless they don't come back down.

Good morning , Lizzie :). So glad things are improving and praying no more water release from reservoirs is needed . Come on, Mr Gizmo, slide on down for momma ...she has enuf to deal with right now:bighug:

Trying to figure out a way to go get MIL - she was/is staying with BIL/SIL who decided that it was a good idea to still go on vacation and left 81 yo MIL at their house (without a vehicle). She is ok and there is no flooding at their house but we have to figure out a way to get her here and then back to her house tomorrow.

Note of interest - Gizmo got his maintenance Adequan shot last night - I wonder if that is why his numbers are a bit higher today?? Hmmm. Will have to pay attention to that.

The higher numbers are not affecting him and the shot is making him feel good. He is being a character and got a little 'tude going on. Purring up a storm (oops - maybe I shouldn't use that term :p). He even decided he was thirsty and drank from the water bowl upstairs (which he normally doesn't do). I think he will come back down.

Got to go get a couple things done and then we are going to take of on an adventure of driving to the east side of Houston. :banghead:

A neighbor out at BIL/SIL has a hum-vee and is attempting to take MIL home. We have an F250 but his truck is much taller. Hopefully they will make it.

I know I haven't been that great at supporting others this week. I promise to try and get back to it shortly. I truly appreciate all the prayers and thoughts going through this. Even though I haven't been directly affected it has been stressful. I am grateful from the friendship and support here. :bighug:

Thinking of you guys and your MIL. Hoping everything is ok with her. That's so scary. We understand that you have a lot going on right now. Just stay safe and that's good enough for us.
