Jack's been his usual unpredictable self lately. He just can't seem to make up his mind if a dose is going to be pink, blue or green. I've been giving him a little extra food lately since he seems a little gaunt. His belly is big(guessing from the acro), but the rest of him seems a little frail and he is more persistent then usual about fuds.

Like always with my boy, he leads the dance and I just try to keep up. At least I've been able to get a few good nights of sleep in lately. I do have to ponder his before bed test, never know what plan he might have hidden in his paws.
 
Good job keeping ahead of his changing insulin needs Wes. How is Jack's weight? Is it changing? When Neko started down dose after SRT (and less growth hormone output), her weight went down so I had to feed a bit more. She didn't complain. :p When is the last time he's had bloodwork done?

He has been steady at 13.4lb. Not losing any weight, but his belly is bigger and everything else seems smaller. I feel more spine and notice some other areas that look thinner. My thought is the organs are growing in the stomach and muscle mass/rest of his body has atrophied a bit resulting in stable weight. Last bloodwork was 9 month ago, they are recorded in the SS if you want to look at #'s. All the tests show him closer to hypo rather then hyperthyroidism.

Might want to schedule another b/w with vetty. A lot can change in 9 months with an acro. :bighug: I tried to do every 6 months.
