Today will be 5 full days on 1U. I was feeling optimistic about staying with 1U but now I'm not sure. She seems to have super good cycles and then really flat ones so it's hard to say. If i were going based off just the last couple days I would say increase to 1.25?

I don't know Cherish...she had some good nadirs both pm cycles yesterday and day before? I'd stay with 1u just because of that, but I'm still very new with FD. Hope you find some answers

From SLGS:

After 1 week at a given dose perform a 12 hour curve, testing every 2 hours OR perform an 18 hour curve, testing every 3 hours:
Note: Random spot checks are often helpful to "fill in the blanks" on kitty's spreadsheet.

• If nadirs are more than 150 mg/dl (8.3 mmol/L), increase the dose by 0.25 unit

• If nadirs are between 90 (5 mmol/L) and 149 mg/dl (8.2 mmol/L), maintain the same dose

• If nadirs are below 90 mg/dl (5mmol/L), decrease the dose by 0.25 unit

You're partly in the second and partly in the third category and have been at this dose 5 days. Keep the 1 u dose another 2 days?

Hi. Your signature says your doing SLGS, is that right? If so, then you need to stay with the dose for 7 days or 14 cycles. You're now on 11th cycle.

Yes because you can increase every 3 days/6 cycles. You will find the good dose quicker. You will be happy you did. That's what helped me with Rex.

Looks like Angel broke the bounce and you saw green again tonight. Patience is rewarded. If you had been following SLGS, you would have reduced a few days ago when you saw those greens under 90. With TR, I'd keep holding the dose a bit yet.

Pretty greens last nignt but right into pink lol. Still holding the dose at 1 for another 2 days.
