Beenie seems to be feeling a little better. Purring and no more teary eye :cat: I was so worried about her breathing and that has improved too. DH said she did cough this morning so hopefully a few more days on the antibiotic it will clear that congestion up..finger, toes, paws crossed.

We're starting the day in the water but we'll see if she bounces which is very possible after her lowest green to date yesterday. Of course a low green when I'm not home :banghead: but sitter was fine and we were home right after I gave the ok to shoot on the 61 since she was rising on her own from the 52.

Chin scritiches to all the kitties:)

And sometimes flat blues means action in the cycle to follow. Stay tuned to this station for possible night time drama.
Nooooo...mama bean needs her sleep:eek:
Eh this is becoming old hat. I can handle late night drama:p

Chris from the RVC got back to me today on recommended starting dose for Carbergoline. Forwarded to my vet so hopefully we will start sometime this week.

Hop on that surfboard Beenie! :D
I tested a little early, +7.5 and change and got 51 and since its still some time before she hits nadir I'm steering a little with just a tablespoon of FF naturals with a little MC gravy on top. Will re-test in 15.

I don't want to steer away from an earned reduction but I don't want to risk going too low. I'm assuming since there is still much time left I don't want to chance anything. Will test again in 15 and if she's going up or down I'll give a little more LC food with MC gravy if warranted. Beenie's regular feeding time at +9 is coming up and its 1.5oz of FF 5%carb (changed to chunky style) so I can add a little gravy to that.
If anyone is out there please let me know if this is ok or have a better suggestion. I'm not overfeeding that I know not to do in case I need to get her to eat more a little later.

So I've got her coasting at 52 right now. Will get a +9 and see where she's at. I only gave her .75 oz of LC FF with a spoonful of MC gravy. Will give the rest at +9 after test

64 @ +9. Gave remainder of FF LC no added gravy.
Sorry I didn't see this sooner. Hope she surfs with the LC. I think you're handling it just fine. 12.5 looks like a good dose for her, even if it provides a bit more drama than you'd like...

You didn't really want to sleep tonight, did you?

Oh no apologies necessary! I honestly wasn't nervous at all. My biggest question you just answered was about her dose since I steered her from going below 50. She has done very well on 12.5 U so it makes sense to stay here. Unless of course this drama becomes a regular occurrence;)

Sleep? What's that:p
