Beenie seemed a tad off yesteday. Had a little bout of diarrhea and she had runny eyes. Seemed better last night and better today. I think there is some little kitty stomach bug in this house. Buddy (civvie) had the runs this week and is now doing better too!

Happy and purry day to all the kitties!
 
Sorry to hear that both your kitties had a touch of kitty flu. Glad to see them feeling better and fingers crossed that they are both getting over that.

Looks like Beenie is starting to clear her bounce a bit. Let's see some more blues :cool: today Beenie

Right now Beenie is not working the juice. Curious to see what +7 and +9 ...hopefully blues:cool:
 
Hmm, flat yellow. Might want to get a nap in this afternoon and make sure you are well stopped up on chocolate for tonight. :) I do think it's funny that you are complaining about low yellows. Who would have thought that just a couple weeks ago. ;)

Good to hear the kitty crew are on the mend.

:joyful:Yes and how scary greens were and now I anxiously await their return. I know I know be careful what I wish for:rolleyes:
Have pet sitter again this weekend but we're not away overnight so I'll be around at the times things may get interestingo_O
 
Got the IGF-1 testing back this afternoon from my vet. :( No IAA results back yet. It sucks but I'm not surprised, I knew it in my gut. I already made the decision on treatment before diagnosis that we will try Cabergoline. Will speak to my vet about it Monday. I have a relatively local compounding pharmacy we can get it from. The best I can do is keep her BG levels down as best I can and make her as comfortable as possible. I've already got the lots o love and snuggles thing down to a science.

Sorry to hear that Beenie has acro but as you said you were not really surprised and now you know what you are dealing with. From what I have seen with the results with the Cabergoline it looks very promising. You have a good support system of knowledgeable acro parents here to help you along, so you certainly are not on your own with this diagnosis. Besides, Beenie doesn't know she is an acro kitty and she is still doing quite nicely with the Levemir.

Wishing you all the best with the new line of treatment. Beenie is definitely a fighter and so is her Momma. :bighug::bighug:
