I put Yum on phosphorus binders last night after a frustrating day of low phosphorus food wars.
(We went through this a few years ago when her mother developed CKD.)
I've been trying to push Yum to Primal freeze dried turkey which is low in phosphorus and carbs, but she only eats it as a last resort.
Today I tried Radcat Lamb. Yum INHALED it. It was so gross (I am a vegetarian) but it looks like it is the lowest phosphorus Radcat. It's also actually too low in calories from protein. I was using Dr. Pierson's 2012 chart which I have saved on my computer.

I searched radcat in posts. Most of you don't specify which one you use. @Chris & China , you use chicken only? @Bronx's dad , which one do you use?

I use all the flavors since Bronx gets tired of the same thing. Yes, it does look a little gross after day or so but he eats it up like it's his last meal :cat:

Radar loves his RadCat. He loves chicken the most and will happily clean the dish and make it shine. He will only eat some of the turkey and he threw up the venison almost immediately. We have not tried the lamb.

They also have grass-fed beef and a new one that's pork.
