Hello, I am new to this forum. I've been using Lantus (100 ml). We started out low at 4 unit 2x a day 12 hrs apart 10/2017. Ms.Rutherford, a rescue kitty, 7yrs old, weighed in at 20lbs.
I am now up to 12 units/morning, 5 units/afternoon, 12 units/evening. I cannot seem to get her regulated. Last month she was treated for a uti, all meds completed. Her BG bounces from 135 to 420+ within one one wk.
Help...!!!
