Been 40 mins since she was 110 and I held food to see if she would come up on her own and she's still at the same. Do have HC on hand and I can monitor, but for my own sanity I am reducing to 0.5 today

but monkey's PMPS was 364 and she's been in pinks and reds lately from a bounce but suddenly her AMPS today is 110. Is that just a normal recovery from a bounce or did I miss something?
I think there's a good chance you missed something. You haven't done any night time tests the last three nights. Cats often go lower at night. Neko's first reduction she earned starting at 430. You can't assume because their preshot is high that they won't go low that cycle. Cats are notoriously unpredictable. If you are going to follow TR, you need to get at least one additional test a night. A before bed or a +2/+3 is a good one to get to give you an idea how the cycle is going.

It was OK to reduce today, though a delayed shot acts a bit like a reduction anyway so you don't usually need to do both. I hope you can get a couple tests in early to see how the cycle is going.

Not sure what you mean you can't do? If it's getting up at night, try drinking a large glass of water before bed and test when you have to get up.

From the bounce, looks like Monkey was lower than 110 last night. Get off the trampoline Monkey!
