Hi Sandi

Thanks for your patience.

It looks to me like he got a pretty good food spike on Friday night and he likely was at the very end of the cycle so numbers went up. I know you had a chance to go out and I'm glad you did but when he inset at +2, the dose that night kicked in and dropped him. If you can't be there to test at +2, it's a good idea to leave out a higher LC food or even some lower MC food.

I saw your question about feeding him differently from day to night cycles. However, I think it is a better idea to be consistent. If you can start to feed him about a 10% carb food (because of what he likes to eat, it might be easier to mix the LC and MC but I would normally suggest finding. 10% food he likes).

I'd suggest feeding him a little bit more at AMPS and +1 and then the rest of his portion af +2 and +3. If you are already giving him at +8.5 snack, it doesn't seem to be doing anything right now so up to you as to whether he you want to keep it up.

To answer your other question, I would definitely feed him for a few cycles as discussed, and once he starts to flatten out and BG rises a little overall, then we can determine what dose increase is appropriate.

How does that sound?
